Solea Health is a provider directory platform that connects clients with speech-language pathologists (SLPs). We provide a directory for discovering providers and a messaging system for initial client-provider communication.

3. Provider Accounts

Providers who apply to join the Solea Health network must provide accurate professional credentials and information. Solea Health reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove provider profiles at its discretion. Providers are responsible for keeping their profile information current.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to impersonate any person or entity, to send spam or unsolicited messages, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the platform.

5. No Medical Advice

Solea Health is a directory and communication platform. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The relationship between clients and providers is between those parties directly. Solea Health is not responsible for the quality of care provided.

6. Intellectual Property

The Solea Health name, logo, and platform design are the property of Solea Health. Providers retain ownership of their profile content but grant Solea Health a license to display it on the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Solea Health is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
